New York, NY 10002
I had to try boba in New York, just to compare. On my first day in New York, I decided to go here, Boba Guys and try their boba. It was kind of chilly that evening, but it was okay, I still needed to try my boba.
The shop was a decent size. The interior was not colorful at all (as you can see in the above pictures). However, they still had some nice posters on the wall along with some tea bags and cute mason jars. The style here was plain and simple. I was in the mood for a rose milk green tea so I ordered that with less sugar and less ice and boba. The boba itself was not good as I assumed. It was not chewy and had a hard core. Also, the boba got hard after being left in the drink for a while. The rose milk tea was watery, not milky enough for me. The guy taking my order had okay service and the environment itself was just okay. It didn't feel too comfortable, but it wasn't bad.
TEA: 6/10
BOBA: 5/10
ENVIRONMENT: 5/10
